Wills

The Will is the foundation upon which you build your estate plans. Let us help you make sure that your foundation is secure.

WHAT IS WILL?

A Will is a legal document that primarily details your wishes for the distribution of your assets and the care of your dependents after their death.

Our estate planners will work with you to document down your wishes and intentions, to ensure that the right people receive the right assets at the right time.

WILL APPOINTMENTS

An important process of drafting your Will is to identify suitable persons who can play the key roles in dealing with your estate after your demise.

Our estate planners will discuss with your the pros and cons of various options, to help you identify the right parties (individuals and/or corporate entities) to appoint within your Will.

ASSET LISTING

Understanding what assets you have, where they are located and who you own those assets with, is crucial information when developing a comprehensive estate plan.

Our estate planners will need to know what assets you have and any specific intentions you have for those assets.

INITIAL CALL

We start with a "no obligations" call to understand your needs, to determine how a Will should be drafted to meet your needs. We will also explain the overall process and estimated costs.

CONFIRM ENGAGEMENT

Once you are comfortable with the process and pricing, we will confirm the engagement with you signing the Letter of Engagement and make a deposit payment.

FACT FIND

Next step is to understand and document your wishes and intentions. This will include what assets you want to distribute, who are the beneficiaries, how your assets are to be distributed and dealing with any concerns you may have.

REVIEW AND AMEND

After the Fact Finding process is done, a draft of your Will is written for your review and clarification. Amendments can be made at this stage to accommodate changes in your intentions.
